"We recently dropped our Subaru off without an appointment because we heard an unusual noise. We didn't want to ignore the noise, and we weren't sure if it was serious or not, so we brought the car to you at Ertle because we would not be driving it until we knew it was not a problem. We anticipated the car being there for a few days because we did not call ahead. Bill took all of the information when I dropped the car off and said they would do their best to look at it the same day. We were thrilled wen we got the call later that day that they had looked at and driven the car and found no problems at all. We were able to pick up the car that same day and drive with confidence that we would not have any issues. I just wanted to thank you service department and Bill for taking such good care of us and our Subaru."
