To our Valued Customers,

At our Ertle family of dealerships, Ertle Subaru, Ertle Auto Center, and Ertle Powersports our highest priority continues to be the safety of our customers, employees, and partners.  As such, we are committed to keep you informed with the most up to date information available:

We are:

•    Open for business for our service customers at our physical location; new and pre-owned sales will be conducted online at this time
•    Available online 24/7 365 days a year
•    Offering free pickup and delivery of your vehicle for any service and/or recall service appointments (within a 20 mile radius of the dealership)

We will:

•    Ensure our service technicians and detail personnel are wearing sterile gloves at all times
•    Ensure detail personnel are disinfecting and wiping down the steering wheel and all hard dashboard and control surfaces every time upon entering and  exiting a loaner vehicle that is for our customer's use
•    Continuously disinfect and wipe down all hard surfaces in the dealership repeatedly throughout the day during business hours
•    Ensure our janitorial staff is employing industrial grade cleaners and disinfectants during their overnight cleaning procedure
•    Due to the social nature of our Suzuki Spring into Action Event on April 11th, we feel that it is best that we postpone this to a later date. We will be using this postponement as an opportunity to plan an even bigger and better event for when an appropriate time to reschedule presents itself. Please keep an eye out for updates regarding the event.
